Camp Application

Who May Enroll?

Rock Fish Meadows is a co-ed summer camp for the ages 7 – 18 that focuses on having fun through learning new activities and skills while being dedicated to Christian values and leadership development. Campers may enroll for one or more sessions (please check the session for age requirements). Campers may NOT enroll for partial sessions. Parents of children with special needs should contact the Rock Fish Meadows office before enrolling. These campers will be accepted on a case by case basis. Camp management reserves the right to refuse any applicant deemed not in the best interest of Rock Fish Meadows Camp.

Discounts for the Summer!

Session one – Cost of camp is $299.99. Returning Camper receives a $25.00 discount off second week that they attend. Family discount is $15.00 per child for each session. Church discounts must be prearranged with camp director and church leader.
$100.00 deposit is required at the time of registration.
 
Join the CAT Program

The CAT (Counselor Assistant Training) Program is a youth High School leadership training program designed for Christian youth ages 16 – 18, (rising Juniors – graduated Seniors). The program will consist of opportunities to work with children, train to be a camp counselor, and grow in Christian discipleship and servant hood. The applicant will be interviewed and approved by the Camp Director. The space is limited and offered during sessions 1, 2, 3 and 5.

 

Camperships

Partial camperships are available for all sessions, based on limited availability and financial needs. Campers are only eligible to receive assistance for one week of camp. You must complete a Campership Application. Please contact the camp office if you would like to apply.

 

Camp Store Policy

Campers are not allowed to have money with them while at camp. Spending money MUST be deposited in a camp store account before camp starts. No Refunds will be given from the camp store. Campers will have the opportunity to buy snacks ($3-$4 per day), t-shirts ($12.00-$18.00), cap ($12.00-$15.00), water bottle ($3.00-$5.00) or other items.

 

Confirmation of Application:

Each camper will receive a confirmation card. A medical form, confidential form, parent guide on what to bring and other information will be mailed in May.

 

Accident insurance is included in all sessions. Health insurance is not included. *Insurance pays beyond primary family coverage. 

 

Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable and non transferable. Partial Refunds (Total fees paid-to date) due to accident or illness with written statement from camper’s physician. No Refunds Given for campers leaving early, including homesick, illness or for campers who are asked to leave due to discipline problems.
